According to the Guinness Book of World Records, there are different records related to exercise that are recognized in this organization. One of these is the most number of pull-ups done in 24 hours.

Did you know that a total of 4,321 pull ups in 24 hours were achieved by only one person, Mark Jordan of Texas, USA in November, 2014? What a way to gain a world record. Who would have thought pull ups can give you such honor. Not only did he get toned muscles, fit body, but also a world recognition through simple pull ups.

If there are people who can do thousands of pull ups and do not seem to get tired, there are also people who can swim under ice without the use of breathing equipment. He is Stig Ă…vall Severinsen of Denmark who swam with just a wetsuit and swim fins under ice in Greenland and was able to hold his breath at 500 ft.

There’s also another record for the most people doing chair-based exercise. The people who got this record were from Indiana, USA in September 2014. A total of 481 people participated in this activity.

In order to participate in this kind of world records, you should exercise first and this does not mean heavy exercise but you can do it gradually with the help of some exercise equipment like Schwinn recumbent bike, stairmaster 7000pt stepmill, and many others. These equipment can be used at home for the convenience of anyone who are serious about trimming and toning their body.
